The Clean Maritime Research Partnership was formed to bring together the academic research community and maritime stakeholders, with the explicit aim of co-creating a greener future for the sector.
The Partnership, consisting of international and UK universities, ports and port operators, shipping companies, fuel suppliers, engineering companies, naval architects, freight and logistic companies, technology and digitisation experts and, chemical manufacturers, are united in the drive to decarbonise the maritime industry.
This is built on the recognition that the decarbonisation of the sector is reliant on a collaborative approach to research, development, demonstration and deployment of scalable net-zero solutions.
